"Movement is my medicine”
I began teaching in the fitness industry at the age of 21 and has always felt a deep passion for ‘passing on the baton’ of movement.
In my 30s, I was first introduced to yoga by an incredibly inspirational teacher who demonstrated that age is no barrier to practising yoga; yoga truly is for everyone.
I am now hugely passionate about showing others that age should never be a barrier to exercise.

Through my offerings, I aim to show people that yoga is much more than exercise. It strengthens the mind, promotes better mental health, and fosters a more harmonious way of living.
When it comes to my career, I’m a yoga teacher, a breathwork coach and a space holder with the intention to allow my students to discover their yoga mat as a place to find a sense of contentment , self awareness and connect more deeply with their mind/body/breath.

I love this quote
‘When you see it as important, you get enthusiastic about it.’ (Sri Dharma Mittra)
This is how I see yoga and hope my offerings open the hearts of others.
Find the style of yoga you like and then you will be able to bury your mind deep in your heart and watch your body move itself. These are the things that light me up and I feel lucky every single day that I get to do what I love and share it with people.
Taking away the labels of my work, at my core, I am playful and love connecting and hugging people. I love to be outside in nature but I also love grounding myself at home surrounded by people I love.
