Power Yoga

This class is for students that already have a consistent practice.

One hour of body movement flow which incorporates strength, stability & mobility.

I will guide you through pranayama (breathing), strengthening poses and movements to increase flexibility & strength

It is a dynamic vinyasa flow class where we will have an opportunity to synchronise our breath to the movement and experience ‘moving meditation’

yoga mat, blanket needed
